People have asked whether certain civil rights organizations are "relevant", whether in fact, they usually work against the best interests of ordinary Black Americans. I say they are completely useless for any other purpose outside of fund raising for themselves.

Let's forget for a moment the number of innocent Black Men (and White Men) who have been cleared with DNA with the help of the Innocence Project. And let's forget the number of times a minute that Blacks are jailed for "offenses" whites could not pay to get jailed for -- although that is changing I've noticed.

What we have here is a man who, if I understood the articles correctly, he has been serving in that manner for 35 YEARS!!!
