We just got new insurance. Now we need approval from the insurer for meds we have been taking for chronic conditions fro YEARS! And these are all GENERIC prescriptions!

WOW IMAGINE THAT OUT OF WORK NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY THINGS I CAN GET INSURANCE FOR $300.00 A MONTH! I JUST LAUGHED RIPPED UP THE LETTER SHAKING MY HEAD BACK AND FORTH,THREW IT AWAY ! HEALTHCARE REFORM IS NEEDED IN THIS COUNTRY,NO MATTER WHAT YOU FEEL ABOUT IT.DONT LET ALL THIS FEAR MONGERING RIGHT WING SCARE TATICS SCARE YOU INTO NOT VOTIG FOR IT,THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WANT IT THEN THERE ARE THOSE HO DONT,IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS THEN THE PEOPLE WHO DID WANT THIS WILL NOT VOTE YOU IN AGAIN IN YOUR SEATS ,YOU WILL BE IN BIGGER TROUBLE! Representative Dave camp is calling attention to the provision in the House Health Reform Bill that calls for up to a 5 year jail sentence and a $15,000 fine for those who refuse to buy insurance. When President
Obama was interviewed about this provision by ABC news, he didn't back away from the harsh penalty for non compliance but instead made a false comparison to mandatory auto insurance policies. He failed to mention that the key difference is that you don't have to buy auto ins. if you choose not to drive, while there are no opt outs in the health ins. bill.

For a government, that is supposed to represent the people, to tell its people "Buy what we tell you to buy or go to jail" seems totalitarian to say the least.
Go one step further and note that an illegal can walk in an ER & get treatment and walk away free but under this plan if an uninsured citizen does the same he could lose his freedom.
