This is wasted money. Muslim nations don't want foreign agendas which alter their social organization. All aspects of Muslim society reflect their religious beliefs. Bringing a "Women's Liberation" agenda to their shores will not promote anything but violence. They don't want Americans running around their countries for any purpose, we're the despised infidels. And these millions of dollars can be used to help the 1 in every 8 Amercans who don't have enough to eat on a daily basis. Stupid waste of money, spend it here in the US, we've got millions of Americans who are literally starving and undernourished. Sick of these pompous, out of touch Washington career politicians. They don't care about America, and this is another example.
Billary has once again given tax dollars to a country that would make it their lifes work to make a tiny country miserable instead of fixing what little country they have.( or are trying to have) The tunnels are still used to smuggle the same things they are supposed to be allowed to get through the border. What happened to the aid that was sent earlier this year. They have done nothing to show they want outside help to fix problems inside the country. This to me shows the country is only trying to play help me while i smack you around and i for one cannot justify helping them because of it.

How about using USA tax payers money the way USA tax payers need? 19 muslims on those planes on 9/11. The only people willing to blow themselves up on planes, buses, restauants etc are Muslims. Of the three major religions only the Muslims seem hell bent on treating thier women like chattel. Something is wrong with that. Even a Muslim has to be able to see that something is terribly wrong with the Muslim faith itself.
The fact that it was a faith born our of fear and hatred by a conqueror, with many of its tenants bent on conversion or death speaks volumes.
