I must say this is not right. I just quick smoking cold turky and I also smoked cloves(mmmm). The more they restrict, the more we will do it. Flavored cigs are a "Gateway" to smoking? Seriously it's a personal preference... what the FDA needs to work on is to work on the H1N1 and see if it's in food, NOT CIGS!
America had been a tobacco producer(with or without flavor) for a while, take that way and we will be importing more and exporting less. That's why our GDP is off.

The warning is not enough.
The threat to impose fines on those companies is necessary.
Smoking damages health and causes serious diseases and destroys young men.
This costs the state huge sums of money.

Well just one more thing to tack on to loss of freedom. People will call it a health care crisis, but quite frankly, when they tell you taking a shower every day is a health care crisis you'll believe them too, because you're like lemmings and you follow the leader til you fall off the cliff. I don't think smoking is the most healthy thing there is, but I do know people who are in their 90's and such who smoked their entire life, and guess what? No cancer, no emphysema no health care problems other than old age. Health is a gene thing, some people are just more prone to catch things than others.
